Mission and Objectives

Support and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring its stability, security, and efficiency. Contribute to daily operations, assist in project implementations, and optimize infrastructure performance with a focus on virtualization, storage, networking.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure components, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• Manage and optimize virtualized environments, including servers and storage solutions.
• Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring stability, security, and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve second-line infrastructure issues, working closely with IT teams and external partners.
• Participate in infrastructure-related projects by assessing and defining requirements for virtualization, storage, and networking.
• Assist in system updates, patching, and security hardening to minimize operational disruptions.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to infrastructure systems and configurations.
• Support IT risk management initiatives by contributing to security and compliance efforts.

Required Profile

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations.
• Fluent in English and the local language, both written and spoken.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware, etc.).
• Experience with storage solutions (SAN, NAS, cloud storage).
• Solid understanding of networking (routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of cybersecurity principles (endpoint security, identity management, patching strategies).
• Familiarity with Windows Server environments and cloud services (Azure, Intune).
• Experience with IT monitoring tools for infrastructure health and performance tracking.
